analyzer covers a wide range of methods for calculating
moisture content in both high level and trace amounts in solids,
liquids, or gases. M160S series Non contact moisture analyser
is the newest developed moisture analyzer. It uses the most advanced
technology of microwave measurement and electronic circuitry to make
its function simple and efficient. It's panel is comfort and ease
developed for easy operation. The large measured screen adopts Video
Graphics Array (VGA) display. It displays all the necessary
information very efficiently and ideally. User can select more than
10 kinds of different data settings for VGA display simultaneously.
All operations are performed simply by finger touch on the screen.
Non contact moisture analyser
is composed of a host and a sensor. Implementing the principle of
non contact reflective measurement the sensor has no need to contact
the measured materials. The sensor is made of great strength
stainless steel with power of 30 mW. It is with sealing waterproof
linking parts between host and sensor together with a 3 meter
connection wire. All pieces are water resistant and dust resistant
the solid stainless steel shell can avoid accidental impact. The unit
can be work long term under intense environmental conditions. M160S
series of non contact moisture analyser can
calculate the moisture or humidity content of most solids. With the
features of high stability and longevity quick response and fine
measurement accuracy it is created to calculate continuously the
moisture content during the manufacturing process. This series of
moisture analyser adopts microwave absorption concept using microwave
frequency with great stability and anti-jamming ability. Statistic
data can be obtained within 100 ms and the accuracy is as high as
0.5%. Calculating scope amounts between 0-40% or higher and it
features the fully automated range without person’s adjustment. It
can almost find moisture or humidity in any solid material (not
containing too much metal) such as coal, cement, tobacco etc.
